I’m sure you can understand why. The reality is most New Zealanders have only ever dealt with
their local bank or insurance company in relation to their personal finance or insurance needs.
These companies cannot and will not by their very nature provide you with objective, independent
or unbiased advice. (IE Westpac will never recommend you see ANZ because they have a lower
interest rate for your home loan will they? They will always push their own agenda and their own
interests)
The thing is, Alpha 1 has no other agenda other than to work for you and find the best insurance
terms and price possible for your individual needs.
We dedicate and pride ourselves in providing the very best service and advice and genuinely care
about you. We will take the time to get to know you and what’s important to you and your family
and we will not make any recommendations to purchase any insurance whatsoever unless we
honestly and wholeheartedly believe that you need it.
Unlike some other insurance brokers who claim to be independent we pride ourselves in being the
real thing (Some other Wellington brokers have contractual arrangements to push 85% of their
customers towards one particular company). We do not have any such contractual arrangements
and this as well as the reasons we have outlined in our Our promise to you page is why you should
at the very least meet with us and judge for yourselves.
